In a recent CFO Magazine Special Issue on Human Capital, roughly ninety-five percent of the Executives surveyed felt Human Capital Management was one of the top three most important factors in their business. There was also a strong need to have their organizations be more adaptable to change and to better employ the insights of their associates on how to affect the business.
