In a recent CFO
Magazine Special Issue on Human Capital, roughly ninety-five
percent of the Executives surveyed felt Human Capital Management was
one of the top three most important factors in their business. It
also showed that Managers reported a large gap between
the Human Resource skills and capabilities they need and those
they have. Sixty-five percent felt they needed to develop
greater leadership capabilities. Also, there
was a strong need to have their organizations be more
