trainers, psychologists etc., as additional

leaders have a private resource or executive coach to help

Here is a
sample of the process:
1. During a Complimentary interview a conversation takes place to define the context
and explore personal chemistry.
2. We
recommend one or more individual assessment(s) for you,
and then share the feedback.
3. We
jointly develop goals and objectives.
4. Our sessions
will move you towards achieving your goals through asking the
right questions to find the right answers. This
process asks you to leave your comfort zone
and examine your current thinking to see if
there are blind spots or alternatives.
5. I will hold
you accountable to your commitment to change and develop new
skills.
6. All activity
is always private and confidential.

*Looking
For A Change LLC Coaching activities are usually conducted for a
minimum of one hour each week. Since we live in a mobile
and virtual world, sessions can be conducted either in person,
on the phone, or via email to meet your needs.
Since the
value of Coaching builds over time, it is suggested that a 3 to 6
month commitment is made.
