Executive Leadership Coaching

Whether you are at the top, or moving towards the top of an organization, your decisions impact not only the business results of your company, but both the shareholders and the stakeholders. When Leaders are at their best, they are authentic and draw upon their values and capabilities to find the right answers. If they are honest with themselves, they understand that they don't always have the personal subject matter expertise to make all decisions soley by themselves. And sometimes, their past has too much of an impact on what could be their future.

Accomplished professional athletes, understand if they want to excel in their area of expertise they must employ coaches, trainers, psychologists etc., as additional resources. Shouldn't professional managers and business leaders have a private resource or executive coach to help them perform at their best? Of course they should.              

Executive Leadership Coaching will help you reach your full leadership potential. It is also a powerful way to support the growth of an up-and-coming associate in your organization that you feel has greater potential.

Here is a sample of  the process:

1. During a Complimentary interview a conversation takes place to define the context and explore personal chemistry.

2. We recommend one or more individual assessment(s) for you, and then share the feedback.

3. We jointly develop goals and objectives.

4. Our sessions will move you towards achieving your goals through asking the right questions to find the right answers. This process asks you to leave your comfort zone and examine your current thinking to see if there are blind spots or alternatives.  

5. I will hold you accountable to your commitment to change and develop new skills.

6. All activity is always private and confidential.

*Looking For A Change LLC Coaching activities are usually conducted for a minimum of one hour each week. Since we live in a mobile and virtual world, sessions can be conducted either in person, on the phone, or via email to meet your needs. Since the value of Coaching builds over time, it is suggested that a 3 to 6 month commitment is made.
